As of June 19, 2019, the Lotek family of companies (Lotek, Biotrack, Sirtrack, and BioSonics Telemetry) are now all trading as Lotek.
Sirtrack Limited based in Havelock North, New Zealand has changed its name to Lotek NZ Limited.
Biotrack Limited based in Wareham, United Kingdom has changed its name to Lotek UK Limited.
Lotek Wireless Inc continues to operate as Lotek Wireless Inc.

All managerial and operational personnel will remain unchanged and it is expected that these changes will not have an impact on the day to day operation of the business.
