    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Must have accounting diploma/degree with at least 5 years of experience in an accounting role who takes ownership of a multifunctional role
    • Must have a combination of excellent accounting knowledge and principles along with knowledge of government regulations
    • Must be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal written and verbal skills and good customer service skills with a willingness to learn
    • Must have advanced experience with Excel spreadsheets, math skills, sense of urgency and thoroughness along with attention to detail
    • Experience with Microsoft Navision (our corporate management tool) is an asset
    • Time management and organization along with prompt responses are of the essence
    • A self-starter demonstrating flexibility is necessary

    Duties:

    • preparing accruals and prepaids
    • updating and reconciling the sub-ledger to the general ledger
    • performing general ledger posting and monthly/year end reconciliations
    • preparing aging reports • matching, batching, posting, filing, coding and entering invoices
    • researching and resolving accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers and vendors
    • maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks.

    Opportunity:

    Lotek is currently looking for a highly motivated individual capable of working in a team environment within our Canadian Manufacturing groups. This is a dual role covering Quality Assurance for New Product Introduction including suppliers and Quality Control for manufacturing.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Must have Technical degree or equivalent
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in highly miniaturized electronic manufacturing and packaging industry
    • Working knowledge of electronics and able to read schematics and mechanical CAD drawings

    Opportunity:

    Lotek is currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator to assist with administrating, maintaining and implementing Global HR programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, recruiting, benefits, training and health and safety. This will start as a part-time role for 3 days per week with the potential to expand to fulltime hours.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelors Degree
    • Courses leading to or completion of Certified Human Resources Professional designation is an asset
