Notice regarding the current outbreak of COVID-19

In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak, Lotek has taken the precautionary approach of asking all of its sales and support staff to work remotely.  We are doing our best to ensure all of the orders placed with us are shipped on time as per our contractual obligations.

At present all of our manufacturing facilities remain open:

• Newmarket, Ontario, Canada – Open
• St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada – Open
• Wareham, United Kingdom – Open
• Havelock North, New Zealand – Open

Minor delays in response times may occur but we are doing our best to ensure all inquiries are handled in an efficient manner. We are working diligently to ensure all customer expectations are met and value your patience as we navigate the situation at hand.
