We provide manuals and telephone support to train you in the use of the equipment, and we have dedicated service staff available for all relevant inquiries regarding fisheries, wildlife, marine and avian products. In addition, we keep you informed of new developments and maintenance reminders through our customer bulletins. All transmitters, receivers and archival tags manufactured by Lotek are warranted, for the operating life specified, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Simply stated, this means that we will repair or replace any unit found to be defective during the warranty period. All broken or defective parts not caused by accident or misuse through fault or negligence by the owner will be replaced at our expense. For Lotek receivers, this warranty extends for an unprecedented 2 years after the date of purchase.
