Building upon the field proven design of our GPS and Argos systems
for terrestrial wildlife, Lotek Wireless Inc. is pleased to introduce
the newest additions to our satellite tracking product family.
The newest family members are Marine ArgosTrack tags. ArgosTrack
are typical Argos positioning transmitters packaged as a ‘Backpack’,
i.e., for attachment directly to the animal, or a ‘Tow-pack’,
i.e., to be towed behind an animal attached to a tether.
Marine ArgosTrack tags weigh about 600g in air, and their operating
life can extend up to 3 years depending upon model and communication
schedule.
Lotek offers unlimited support and full one year warranty on all
our equipment.

and type, repetition rate, communication schedule and ambient
temperature. Both tags have enough energy for approximately
140,000 Argos transmissions. |
