Monitoring System

Habitats | Features | Details | Related Products

Lotek introduced the GPS_1000 Monitoring System to the wildlife research community in 1994. Since that time, its accuracy and powerful attributes have assisted biologists worldwide in better identifying movement and activity patterns of large mammals, from North American caribou to African elephants. The detailed positional information provided by these Global Positioning System collars has proved invaluable in helping researchers to make informed decisions regarding wildlife management issues.
